This policy explains what we collect, why we collect it, and how we keep it safe.

1. What We Collect

Lyzn AI collects information needed to provide a secure, functional AI agent platform (including agents, workflows, and integrations).

1.1 Account Information

We collect:
  • Name (if you provide it)
  • Email and/or phone number (for login and account communication)
  • Authentication and security metadata (e.g., login timestamps, session identifiers)

1.2 Workspace & Profile Data

  • Workspace name and settings
  • Preferences (language, notification settings, feature toggles)
  • Optional profile details (bio, role, organization)

1.3 Content You Provide to Lyzn AI

Depending on how you use Lyzn AI, we may process:
  • Prompts and instructions you send to agents
  • Files you upload (documents, images, attachments)
  • Workflow configurations (steps, triggers, connected tools)
  • Messages and outputs generated during agent runs
Note: If Lyzn AI supports features like conversation capture or voice notes (e.g., through a companion device), we will only collect that content when you explicitly enable and use those features.

1.4 Integrations & Connected Accounts (Optional)

If you connect third-party services (e.g., email, calendar, messaging tools, cloud drives), we may collect:
  • Tokens/keys required to keep the integration working (stored securely)
  • Connection metadata (provider name, status, scopes/permissions)
  • Data required to perform the actions you request (e.g., reading a specific email you ask an agent to summarize)
We do not access connected services unless:
  • You connect the integration, and
  • You or your workflow triggers an action that requires it.

1.5 Usage, Device & Performance Data

Used to maintain stability, debug issues, prevent abuse, and improve the product:
  • Feature usage events (which features were used, not private content for advertising)
  • App performance and crash logs
  • Device and browser type, OS version
  • Approximate location signals (derived from IP for security/fraud prevention; not precise GPS unless you explicitly enable it)

1.6 AI Safety & Feedback Signals

To improve safety and usefulness inside Lyzn AI:
  • User feedback (thumbs up/down, ratings, flags)
  • Abuse signals (spam patterns, automation misuse indicators)
  • Policy enforcement logs (only when needed for security and compliance)

2. How We Use Your Data

2.1 Core Platform Functionality

  • Creating and managing your account/workspace
  • Running agents and workflows
  • Producing outputs you request (summaries, drafts, automations, etc.)
  • Managing integrations you enable

2.2 Reliability & Security

  • Preventing fraud, abuse, and unauthorized access
  • Monitoring performance, debugging, and incident response
  • Rate limiting and platform integrity protections

2.3 AI Features

Data is used to:
  • Generate responses and agent outputs based on your requests
  • Improve relevance and quality within your workspace experience
  • Provide optional smart suggestions (where enabled)
We do not use your inputs to train public models.
Your prompts, files, and outputs remain private to your account/workspace and Lyzn AI’s internal systems.

2.4 Personalization (Optional)

If enabled, Lyzn AI may:
  • Remember preferences (tone, formatting, recurring instructions)
  • Improve workflow recommendations based on usage patterns
  • Adapt agent behavior to your settings

3. Data Sharing

Lyzn AI does not sell or rent your personal data. We only share data in limited cases:

3.1 Third-Party Service Providers

We may use trusted providers for:
  • Cloud hosting and storage
  • Analytics and error monitoring
  • Customer support tooling
  • Payment processing (if paid plans are offered)
These providers are bound by contractual obligations to protect your data and use it only to deliver services to Lyzn AI. We may disclose information if required to:
  • Comply with applicable laws and valid legal requests
  • Protect user safety and prevent harm
  • Enforce platform policies and prevent fraud/abuse

3.3 With Your Control

If you use an integration (e.g., sending an email via your connected account), data is shared only as needed to perform the action you requested.

4. Sensitive Data & User Controls

Lyzn AI is designed so you stay in control:
  • You decide what content you input and which files you upload.
  • You choose which integrations to connect and what permissions to grant.
  • You can revoke access to integrations at any time.
  • Where available, you can disable memory/personalization features from settings.

5. Data Retention

We keep data only as long as needed to operate Lyzn AI and meet security/legal requirements:
  • Account and workspace data: retained until deletion
  • Uploaded files: retained until you delete them or delete your account (depending on product behavior)
  • Agent run history/logs: retained to support your experience and debugging, and cleared with account deletion (subject to limited legal/security needs)
  • Integration tokens: retained until you disconnect the integration or delete your account
  • Security logs: retained for a limited period to prevent abuse and investigate incidents
You may request permanent deletion at any time.

6. Your Rights

Depending on your jurisdiction, you may have rights including:
  • Access. Request a copy of your data
  • Correction. Fix incorrect account information
  • Deletion. Delete your account and associated data
  • Consent Withdrawal. Disable optional features (like personalization)
  • Portability. Export certain data where supported
Use the in-app support option to submit requests.

7. Children’s Privacy

Lyzn AI is not intended for children under 13.
If you believe a child has provided personal data, contact us and we will take appropriate action.

8. Security

We use industry-standard practices, including:
  • Encrypted transport (HTTPS/TLS)
  • Secure storage and access controls
  • Rate limiting and abuse prevention
  • Principle-of-least-privilege permissions for systems and staff
  • Periodic security reviews
No system is perfect, but security is a core foundation of Lyzn AI.

9. International Users

Your data may be processed in regions where Lyzn AI and its service providers operate.
We apply GDPR-style privacy principles broadly and aim to meet applicable legal requirements where we operate.
