Terms of Service
Last updated: December 2025 Welcome to Lyzn AI.By creating an account, accessing, or using Lyzn AI (the “Service”), you agree to these Terms of Service (“Terms”). If you do not agree, you must discontinue using Lyzn AI.
1. Eligibility
To use Lyzn AI, you must:- Be legally able to form a binding contract in your country.
- Provide accurate, current account information.
- Not be previously suspended or banned from Lyzn AI (unless reinstated).
- If you are using Lyzn AI on behalf of a company or organization, you represent that you have authority to bind that entity to these Terms.
2. Your Account Responsibilities
You agree to:- Keep your login credentials confidential
- Use the Service only in compliance with these Terms and applicable laws
- Maintain accurate account and workspace information
- Not impersonate others or misrepresent your identity
- Not access or use Lyzn AI in a way that interferes with other users or the Service
3. Integrations & Connected Accounts
Lyzn AI may allow you to connect third-party services (e.g., email, calendar, messaging apps, cloud storage, CRMs) (“Integrations”). By enabling an Integration, you consent to:- Granting Lyzn AI the permissions/scopes you approve
- Allowing Lyzn AI to access and process data from that service only as needed to perform actions you request or workflows you configure
- Managing and revoking access through your Integration settings (and/or the third-party provider)
4. Acceptable Use
You agree not to:- Use Lyzn AI for illegal, harmful, or abusive activities
- Attempt to gain unauthorized access to systems, accounts, or data
- Introduce malware, exploit vulnerabilities, or disrupt the Service
- Reverse-engineer, tamper with, or bypass security or access controls
- Scrape or harvest data from Lyzn AI without permission
- Use the Service to generate or distribute spam, scams, or deceptive content
- Use Lyzn AI to violate others’ privacy, intellectual property, or other rights
- Use Lyzn AI to create or run agents that impersonate individuals or mislead users about being human (where such behavior is deceptive or harmful)
5. User Content & Data
Your “User Content” includes prompts, instructions, files, workflow configurations, and outputs generated by the Service based on your usage. You retain ownership of your User Content. However, you grant Lyzn AI a limited license to:- Host, store, process, and transmit your User Content to operate the Service
- Display and format outputs inside your workspace
- Use non-identifiable, aggregated usage patterns to improve reliability and safety
6. AI Features & Outputs
Lyzn AI provides AI-powered features (agents, assistants, generators, and workflow automations). You acknowledge:- AI outputs may be inaccurate, incomplete, or inappropriate in some contexts
- You are responsible for reviewing outputs before relying on them (especially for high-stakes use cases)
- You will not represent AI-generated outputs as guaranteed factual without verification
- You will not use AI features to facilitate harm, fraud, deception, or violations of law
7. Workspace & Collaboration (If Applicable)
If Lyzn AI supports multi-user workspaces:- Workspace admins may invite/remove members and manage permissions
- Members must use shared resources responsibly
- You are responsible for ensuring any shared data is authorized for workspace access
8. Safety, Monitoring & Reporting
To protect the Service and users, Lyzn AI may implement:- Abuse detection and rate limiting
- Security monitoring
- Manual review of reported content or suspicious activity (where necessary)
We may take actions including removing content, restricting features, suspending accounts, or contacting authorities when required by law.
9. Termination
We reserve the right to:- Suspend or terminate access to Lyzn AI at our discretion for violations, abuse, or security reasons
- Remove or restrict content that violates these Terms or applicable law
- Restrict access during investigations
Upon deletion, data retention is governed by the Privacy Policy (subject to limited legal/security requirements).
10. Subscriptions & Payments (If Applicable)
Some Lyzn AI features may be paid. By purchasing a subscription or paid feature, you agree to:- Pay the listed fees and applicable taxes
- Any recurring charges (if applicable) until you cancel
- Manage billing through the platform specified at purchase (web checkout, Apple/Google, etc.)
11. Intellectual Property
Lyzn AI owns and reserves all rights to:- Branding, logos, and product identity
- UI/UX, designs, and templates
- Platform software, code, and infrastructure
- Algorithms and system behavior (excluding your User Content)
12. Disclaimers
Lyzn AI is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. We do not guarantee:- Uninterrupted or error-free operation
- That outputs will always be accurate or fit for a specific purpose
- That integrations will remain available (third parties can change or discontinue services)
13. Limitation of Liability
To the extent permitted by law:- Lyzn AI is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages
- Lyzn AI’s total liability is limited to the amount you paid to Lyzn AI for the Service in the 12 months before the claim (or zero if you have not paid)
14. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms as Lyzn AI evolves or legal requirements change.If changes are significant, we will notify you in-app or via account communication channels. Continued use of Lyzn AI means you accept the updated Terms.
