Child Sexual Abuse and Exploitation (CSAE) Standards

Blindly has zero tolerance for any form of Child Sexual Abuse and Exploitation (CSAE). Protecting minors is a fundamental responsibility. Any behavior, content, or activity that exploits, abuses, or endangers children is strictly prohibited and will result in immediate action.

Definition of CSAE

CSAE (Child Sexual Abuse and Exploitation) refers to any content, behavior, or activity that sexually exploits, abuses, or endangers a minor (any person under 18 years of age). This includes, but is not limited to:
  • Sexual abuse of a child
  • Sexual exploitation of a child
  • Grooming a minor for sexual purposes
  • Sextortion involving a minor
  • Trafficking or facilitating trafficking of a child for sexual purposes
  • Creating, sharing, requesting, or possessing child sexual abuse material (CSAM)
  • Any attempt to engage a minor in sexual conversation or activity

Blindly’s Zero-Tolerance Policy

Blindly strictly prohibits:
  • Any sexual content involving minors
  • Any attempts to contact, groom, or manipulate minors
  • Any use of the platform to exploit or endanger children
  • Any sharing, storage, or transmission of CSAM
Violations result in immediate and permanent account termination, without warning.

Age Restrictions

  • Blindly is strictly limited to users 18 years and older.
  • We do not knowingly allow minors on the platform.
  • Any account suspected of belonging to a minor will be suspended pending verification.

Prevention & Detection Measures

Blindly actively works to prevent CSAE through:
  • Mandatory age verification during onboarding
  • Government ID verification and liveness checks
  • Automated detection systems for suspicious behavior
  • Behavioral monitoring for grooming patterns
  • Manual review by trained moderators
  • Reporting and escalation workflows

Reporting CSAE

Users can report suspected CSAE directly through:
  • In-app reporting tools
  • Contacting Blindly support
All CSAE-related reports are treated as high priority.

Cooperation With Authorities

Blindly fully cooperates with law enforcement and relevant authorities when CSAE is suspected. This includes:
  • Preserving relevant data
  • Reporting confirmed CSAE cases to appropriate agencies
  • Assisting investigations as required by law

Consequences of Violations

Any involvement in CSAE will result in:
  • Immediate account termination
  • Permanent ban from the platform
  • Reporting to law enforcement where required
  • Blocking of associated devices and identifiers
